Explained I wanted my money back and I had proof of delivery. They were outright rude and more or less told me to go f**k myself, and offered a gift card in return. Called C2C again and was very blunt and demanded answers. By pure luck found the UPS paper with the tracking number and checked with UPS if it was delivered, sure enough C2C signed for it with a name and date. So I was out of luck, as I tossed the tracking number out weeks ago. Called again explained the issue, and this time they told me they never received the sweater from UPS and could not refund me unless I had a tracking number. Money never showed up on my card statement after 4 days. So I gave Carbon a call and was promised it would be taken care of within 2 business days. It was sent UPS and after about 6 weeks realized my credit card was never reimbursed. I did not like the sweater fit or style at and had to return it and pay shipping of $10 with their prepaid sticker. The 3rd time ordering is where things really get interesting. The second time the jacket was lacking quality for the amount paid, the size was medium and fit like and XL, sent back no issues. The first time went smooth and the sweater was true to description (although in my opinion still over priced at $170 for what it was). This is very insightful and true about this company. They pictures are pretty nice and they make the clothes look pretty good. On top of that they sell it for "Bonobos" prices but without the quality. Selling really cheaply made clothes that are probably imported from some country somewhere where a company make a bunch of cheap crap and sells it to other companies that pretend that's it's their designs. I don't really like to be taken advantage of and I regret having spent any money on C2C. Looking more into it, there not many reviews online for C2C and the few that are there are pretty much negative. I got a bad taste in my mouth about this company. Not a very insightful answer nor really believable. They told me that they work closely with Zenfari and that they make exclusive stuff for them. I wrote to C2C customer service and asked them why the same shirt had two different makers tags inside. It's a really bad looking site with cheesy outdoor style clothes that were equally as overpriced as C2C clothes. The large shirt didn't have a c2c tag though, the printed on tag was from a company called "Zenfari" plus there was a somewhat cheesy tag on the right sleeve and another on the hem of the shirt. The thing I noticed was that the medium shirt had the Carbon2cobalt tag in the shirt. I got the shirts and tried them on and decided on the large over the medium. I ordered a Polo in two sizes to see which one will fit better and then return the other one. A month or so later they started to have their summer sale and I bought a couple more things even though I should have known better. By cheesy I mean, sewn in fabric to make it look like you are wearing a shirt below the shirt you are wearing, that kind of thing. Fabrics are a lot thinner and the overall styling seemed a little cheesy once you actually held the garment and inspected it. They seemed a little above Old Navy quality. I liked the shirts I got but in the back of my mind I was thinking that for the price they should have been better quality. I didn't like pattern and the material it was made from so I returned it. I liked most of what I got but there was one shirt that didn't live up to the promise of the catalog. They looked comfy, relaxed, and quietly stylish. I looked at the catalog and I actually really liked the clothes. I received their catalog a few months ago out of the blue.
